On July 26, 2021, Council adopted the proposed Zoning Bylaw No.4662, 2010, Amendment Bylaw No. 5106, 2021. The amendment to the Zoning Bylaw allows the property to be subdivided into two single-family lots.
A development variance permit was approved on July 26, 2021, which allows for variances to permit the creation of the new lots and accommodate the proposed development.
