The owner applied for a development permit to provide for:
- subdivision of the two subject lots into 10 new lots
- a new dedicated public road to be constructed accessing Daffodil Drive providing access to six of the lots and to the property at 5665 Daffodil Drive
- two common driveways off of Westport Road providing access to the remaining four lots
- protection and enhancement of Eagle Creek (via dedication of the creek to the District as park), an unnamed watercourse and an existing wetland
Council approved the application at the October 2, 2017, Council meeting.
