Parties

This action-packed party is filled with 1.25 hours of bouncing, swinging, and playing during a structured gymnastics party, followed by 45 minutes in the party room (tables and chairs are provided).

Party cost includes up to 16 participants*, including the birthday child. No parents will be allowed to be inside the gymnastics center, except for the birthday child's parents/guardian.

Join us for a magical party you will always remember! You pick the theme: Princess, Fairies, Mermaids, Butterflies, Unicorns, Ladybugs, Cheerleaders, Ponies, or Hula! We have costumes, props, fairy dust, face painting, or nail polish for all. Party will include dancing and can also include story-time and a treasure hunt! Enjoy a wonderfully enchanted party! Once you have booked your party, we will put you in touch with ICanDance! to finalize all the details.

Celebrate your birthday with the popular and energetic Sportball team! 

Parties are two hours in length and feature sports and fun games that encourage the full participation of all children. 

Our enthusiastic coaches will run your party from start to finish. No minimum number of children is required. Once you have booked your party, we will put you in touch with Sportball to go over all of the details.

Come and celebrate your special occasion in the Youth Lounge at the West Vancouver Community Centre or the Youth Hub at Park Royal! 

Enjoy private use of one of our exclusive youth spaces including board and video games, the pool, foosball, ping pong tables, and more. Parents and guardians can leave their teens to enjoy themselves knowing that Youth Services staff will be on-hand to help host your event. Oven and fridge available on site to help you cater the party.

•    $225/hr for 25 to 36 youth (3 leaders)

Would you like to plan your own party, but need a place to host it? This DIY option is for the party planner at heart. We provide the room, tables, and chairs and you do the rest!

Days: Saturdays | 1 – 3 p.m.
Location: Gleneagles Community Centre, Seaview Room
Price: Up to 12 children - $180
Set-up: Access to the Seaview Room is granted 30 minutes prior to party for set-up. Space in communal fridge is available for cake/food located in kitchen.
Clean-up: 30 minutes will be allowed for clean up after the party. Please leave room as found. Extra cleaning fees may apply if damage or mess left behind.
Other info: No outside contractors, animals, or inflatables (bouncy castles) allowed. No liquor can be served.
