West Van Parks Need Your Help
Want to help our environment while getting outside and meeting great people? Become a West Van Park Steward by joining other passionate volunteers to remove invasive species, enhance habitat, and restore natural areas. By becoming a West Van Park Steward, you can find out about upcoming park stewardship events and many other exciting volunteer opportunities in West Vancouver.
As a volunteer, you will:
- love your local parks and want to protect habitats and biodiversity for future generations to enjoy
- are comfortable working outdoors, off the trail, and on uneven ground in all kinds of weather
- can be on your feet for a long period of time and are able to take part in gentle to moderate physical work
- are 14 years of age or older
